1. Issuance of invoices
1. All product invoices are issued by the respective sales merchants, and all invoices issued are legal and valid.
2. Customers can choose whether to issue an invoice during the settlement process, and the merchant will issue an invoice to the customer according to the customer's choice.
3. All products are invoiced based on the actual cash amount paid by the customer only, excluding coupons, rebate amounts, gift cards and other amounts.
4. If the customer orders digital products, mobile phones, computers, or home appliances, in order to ensure that the customer can fully enjoy the after-sales service provided by the manufacturer, the merchant will issue an ordinary invoice to the customer along with the order, regardless of whether the customer chooses to issue an invoice. The content of the ticket defaults to the full name and model of the product ordered by the customer, and modification of the invoice content is not supported. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to the customer; if you need to change the ordinary invoice to a special value-added tax invoice (electronic invoices do not support replacement), you must return the original ordinary invoice.
5. If the customer chooses to pay with a prepaid card or points, the customer can only choose to issue an invoice of 0 yuan for this part of the payment amount.
2. Ordinary invoices
1. Invoice header:
(1) The invoice header cannot be empty;
(2) You can fill in: "Individual", your name, or your organization name
(3) Due to the character limit of the invoicing software provided by the tax bureau (maximum 40 characters), the remaining characters will be identified with the taxpayer The numbers overlap and cannot be displayed. Please do not exceed 40 characters when requesting a general ticket.
2. Invoice content:
(1) Self-operated by No. 1 Store: Contents of invoices that can be issued: wine, beverages, food, toys, daily necessities, decoration materials, cosmetics, office supplies, student supplies, household supplies, accessories, clothing, bags, boutiques, home appliances, and labor protection supplies. You can choose according to your needs.
(2) Settled merchants: The invoice will contain details of the goods you ordered.
3. If you receive the goods, please check the invoice and sign the delivery receipt. Once signed, it means that you have received the invoice and it is correct. We cannot issue a replacement invoice for you if the invoice is lost due to human factors.
